AFGI Supports The Home Depot Canada Foundation’s Charity Classic 2026
Online auction raises more than $360,000 in support of youth across Canada
AFGI was proud to provide professional auction services for The Home Depot Canada Foundation’s 2026 fundraising events, held on August 12 and 13.
The Community Build, Dinner & Live Auction, and Charity Classic Golf Tournament brought together an incredible community of suppliers, partners, associates and supporters—all united by a commitment to help prevent and end youth homelessness in Canada.
Together, these events raised an outstanding $5.3 million.
More Than $360,000 Raised Through the Online Auction
As part of the fundraising program, AFGI managed the complete online auction element of the event, which raised more than $360,000 toward the overall fundraising total.
AFGI’s services included the creation and management of a fully customized online auction website designed specifically for the event. Our team oversaw the auction process from start to finish, providing professional guidance, technical assistance and 24/7 support to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for organizers, donors and bidders.

The Power of Partnership
The two-day event began with participants building alongside YouthLink in Scarborough and continued with an inspiring dinner and auction. The following day, more than 500 golfers were welcomed to Angus Glen Golf Club for the Charity Classic Golf Tournament.
These events demonstrated the extraordinary results that can be achieved when organizations, businesses and individuals come together behind a shared purpose.
The $5.3 million raised will help advance The Home Depot Canada Foundation’s commitment to invest $125 million by 2030 to support initiatives that help prevent and end youth homelessness across Canada.
